Troubleshooting

• Look out for an email from Sealbucket that will contain your serial number.
• Close all DAWs when installing.
• (WINDOWS USERS ONLY) ASIO4ALL driver may cause a crash that happens as soon you open Midwest Amp. Try these options:
  1. Uninstall then re-install ASIO4ALL driver.
  2. Uninstall ASIO4ALL driver.
• On WINDOWS, you may get a “Windows protected your PC” message. Click on “Run Anyway” or “More Info” to continue with the installation. As a new company, this message is unavoidable but will go away over time as our reputation builds.
• Submit a form on the Contact page for technical support.
