Rainbow Door
1 / 5
LiminalVerb
Put your sound somewhere that doesn't exist, yet feels eerily familiar. An easy to use reverb for uncanny room tones and dreamy ambience
5 Liminal Spaces: Poolrooms, Backrooms, Corridor, Hills and Rainbow Door. Each room is built from a different analog guitar pedal.
Each room comes with 5 IRs, captured at different settings on its pedal. The original pedals are mono, and every IR has been processed into a wide stereo image.
Each room is a hand drawn liminal space from our in house artist.
Download Free Version
Get LiminalVerb free. This isn't a demo or a trial. The free version gives you the full Rainbow Door room with no limitations. You get all 5 of its impulse responses and every feature in the plugin. We think the Rainbow Door is good enough to be a go to reverb on its own, and we want every producer to have access to it.
When you're ready for the other four rooms, you don't need to download or reinstall anything. The free and full versions use the same installer. Enter the serial number you get with your purchase, and the Poolrooms, Backrooms, Corridor and Hills unlock right away.

*Full Mix uses multiple instances of LiminalVerb, each with different rooms simultaneously*

Controls
- Mix with lock
- Sets the wet/dry balance. A lock button keeps your mix setting in place while you cycle through presets.
- Length
- Sets the decay time.
- Width
- Sets the stereo spread of the wet signal.
- Tone
- Shapes the brightness of the reverb.
- Clarity filter
- Band-passes the wet signal so your dry signal cuts through, even when it's drenched in reverb.
- Pre-delay with sync
- Set pre-delay in milliseconds, or sync it to beat divisions of your project tempo.
- Sidechain
- Ducks the wet signal using the dry signal. Use it lightly for extra clarity or push it hard for an extreme pumping effect.
- Vibrato with intensity control
- Adds vibrato to the wet signal for a wobbly, liminal feel.
- Reverse
- Flips the reverb into a backwards swell, which is great for sound design.
- Preset browser
- Step through presets with the arrow buttons or pick one from the dropdown menu.
- Hide-away control panel
- The controls appear when you hover over the bottom of the window and hide when you move away, like the macOS Dock. You can set the panel to always show in Settings.
